The Tank Industrial Park (TIP) is an infrastructure development company specializing in developing upscale industrial facilities for Multinational Companies (MNCs). Currently we are operating in the industrious state of Gujarat in Western India, along the Mumbai-Delhi industrial corridor. The pro-business environment cultivated by the Gujarat government is ideal for MNCs entering or expanding into India.
The TIP offers facilities for lease on a turnkey basis, which are ideally suited to MNCs for manufacturing and/or warehousing needs. The compounds are fully secured with periphery walls and an entry guard gate.
